Hallandale Beach is getting hotter and we don’t mean the weather.
Major construction projects are on the horizon and are set to turn this snowbird Mecca into an international hotspot:
- Diplomat Golf Course & Tennis Center – $220M development, part of a bigger, $650M expansion that is slated to include hotel towers, a Katsuya restaurant, an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Greg Norman and a 48-slip marina.
- 2000 Ocean, a residential 38-story glass tower to showcase panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.
- Gulfstream Point, a new, 300 multi-family residential units with a ground-floor restaurant near Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino. This would also include a parking garage with 524 spaces.
